Nationwide Nationwide CCHR (CGCP) - Center for Civil and Human Rights The Center for Civil and Human Rights (CCHR in English, and CGCP in Cyrillic) was established in February 2002. It is the only nongovernmental organization in Macedonia dealing specfically with sexual minority issues. The group organizes conferences, pursues public awareness campaigns, and runs a psycho-social and legal counseling office for homosexuals in need of assistance. This organization was founded because the rights of gays and lesbians in Macedonia need to be improved and human beings must fight for our rights. That is the heart of the CCHR. If the CCHR does not fight back against discrimination and intolerance, nothing will change in Macedonia.
